Research On The Optimization Of Inventory Management For DH Aircraft

With the development of the domestic civil aviation, the competition among airlines have become increasingly fierce, and the industry average profit is only 3%to 3%。With the expansion of the fleet size, capital pressure is increasingly prominent。 As one of the essential condition of the normal operation of the airline, the aircraft materials accounted for about 75% of the airline inventory assets and accounted for 25% of the cash flow, but nearly 30% of the inventory was never been used。Excess reserves and backward management are the main reasons for the high cost. Therefore, enhancing the level of aircraft material management is very imminent for improvement of the economic benefits.This article analyses the aircraft material management in DH, draws lessons from the advanced mode of inventory management, and researches on plan management、inventory control and cost saving of inventory management in DH. This article also puts forward the basic idea of reserve base by analysising the fleet size of distribution and DH route network layout. It will optimize the allocation of resources and enhance the supply of aircraft materials.The inventory control mode can effectively reduce cost.
