Therefore, how to avoid the high risk industry in the migrant workers, how will the safety accident rate is reduced to the minimum, which is the focus of this research.This research topic, mainly to the current our country engaged in high-risk industries, migrant workers migrant workers as the research object, research high-risk industry in the risk factors of operation, combined with the domestic and foreign to the safety production of high industry and experience of risk prevention, the reasons of our country at present the high-risk industry migrant workers have risk factors analysis. High risk industry of this research is limited to the coal industry, non coal mines, dangerous chemicals industry, industry, fireworks industry, including factors of migrant workers themselves factor, enterprise factor and the national level, depth analysis of the reasons, based on the comprehensive theory, combined with the foreign advanced security measures, the risk of China’s current high risk industry migrant workers to avoid puts forward countermeasures, and the depth of thinking, put forward the related guarantee measures.Through this study, it was found that the main reason of the problem appearing in China high-risk industry lies in three aspects of social, migrant workers migrant workers themselves and the enterprise factors, lack of relevant system of social security, its lack of knowledge and awareness, enterprises lack of relevant training etc.. This subject in the study of typical foreign experience, put forward the countermeasure to the three factors. So this research has certain theory value and practical significance.
