In recent years,Benxi has kept pace with the times and put forward the concept of building a city of steel,medicine and maple leaf relying on three major industries.With the advance of industrialization,high-risk industry has developed rapidly,each production link is full of danger,and most workers who work for high-risk are migrant workers.Integrating the characteristics of high-risk industries and migrant workers,migrant workers are the main victims in high-risk industry.Although Benxi government has done a lot for the implementation of migrant workers' work injury insurance,but for a variety of constraints,there are still many problems in Benxi's implementation of migrant worker's industrial injury insurance.So it could bring potential risks in Benxi's social harmony and stability.Facing this indispensable fact how to take corresponding measures to implement migrant worker's work injury insurance has become a realistic issue for Benxi government,high-risk industry employers and migrant workers.Under the background of building harmonious labor relations in Benxi,from the perspective of solving the problem of migrant worker's work injury insurance implementation effectively,with the thinking orientation of demand theory and game theory,this paper researches the problem of migrant worker's work injury insurance implementation mainly by using the method of literature analysis,case analysis and interview,and the research object is the migrant workers in high-risk industries in Benxi.By researching the basic condition of high risk industry's migrant workers,the employment distribution of migrant workers,work injury insurance for high-risk industry's migrant workers in Benxi,some deficiencies have been found,in the implementation of migrant workers work injury insurance,such as work injury prevention of migrant workers has always been low,it's hard for migrant workers to get compensation from work injuries,etc.And analyzing deeply about the causes through three aspects,the lack of government functions,the lack of responsibility of employers in high-risk industries and the lack of self-protection consciousness of migrant workers,for the imperfections of laws,regulations and policies of work injury insurance system,the administrative department's supervision is not in place,propaganda effect of the government is not obvious,employers in high-risk industries do not pay attention to the prevention of work injury,do not value work injury insurance premium payment,do not cooperate with the full compensation of work injury,lack of consciousness of insuring work injury insurance,having a low ability to obtain compensation for work injury in Benxi.Putting forward solutions from theoretical and practical level tentatively,including how to complete the institution and regulatory functions of high-risk industry work injury insurance,how to strengthen the responsibility of employers Immigrant worker's work injury insurance of high-risk industry,and how to improve the self-protection ability of migrant workers in high-risk industries in Benxi.To effectively solve the problems which are existing in the implementation of work injury insurance for migrant workers in high-risk industries in Benxi.
