Reseach On The Rights And Interests Protection Of Migrant Workers In High-risk Industry

With the industrialization and urbanization process accelerated,hundreds of millions of migrant workers gathered in coal mines,non-coal mines,fireworks,dangerous chemicals,construction and other high-risk industry.However,compared with other industries,high-risk migrant workers in the prevalence of age,education and other aspects of the disadvantaged,awareness of rights and interests is very weak,the issue of rights protection is more prominent.The research on the protection of migrant workers 'rights and interests in the high-risk industry is the hotspot of the current research.This paper analyzes the current situation of the peasant workers in the high-risk industry of Yishan City,Yiyang City,with a view to summarizing the existing problems and problems of migrant workers' rights and interests in China's high-And provide theoretical guidance for improving the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers engaged in high-risk industries.According to the results of the author's investigation,the legal system of labor protection is lagging behind,the labor inspection department is not performing law enforcement,the protection of trade unions is absent,the employing unit has the law,the quality of the employees is generally low and so on.Mainly in: labor contract signing rate is low,the work overtime phenomenon is serious,occupational health and safety can not be guaranteed,labor compensation rights have been repeatedly infringed,social security is not met and so on.According to the current problem of impaired rights and interests of migrant workers in high-risk industries,the author puts forward the idea of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers,starting from the following aspects: perfecting laws and regulations,strengthening training and insurance of high-risk industry.To strengthen labor inspection and law enforcement,improve the wage security mechanism,improve the quality of migrant workers and the degree of organization,to build social security system and other measures simultaneously.The problem of migrant workers in the high-risk industry has not been paid much attention to the academic circles.This article focuses on the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers in high-risk industries and has a positive effect on the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers in high-risk industries.But also help to reduce social instability and maintain social stability.
