Based On Factor Analysis Method Study The Supporting System Of Jiangsu’s Strategic Emerging Industry

Post-crisis era, the global technology industry into the innovation intensive period of unprecedented, strategic emerging industries play important guiding roles to the current and future economic development, by the unprecedented attention in a global scale. At present, our country is in the critical period of building a well-off society, vigorously develop strategic emerging industries, will undoubtedly become an important form of economic reform, and have important influence on promoting the economic development. Jiangsu as a strong science and technology province,the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries have becoming a new engine of economic growth, on the basis of national planning docking, and actively promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, accelerating industrial upgrading, enhancing the economic development potential, building innovative Jiangsu.The related theory knowledge based on industry economics, quantitative economics,management science and other disciplines as the foundation, using literature retrieval, theoretical deduction, empirical analysis method etc, couducting the systematic research on the support system of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province.Starting from the theoretical foundation, research industry、strategic emerging industries、industrial support system and other related concepts, so as to equip some theoretical knowledge. Secondly, through accessing relevant literature, combining with the Internet access to the field of a large number of research results and related data, analysing the development current situation of Jiangsu Province strategic emerging industries, concluding the advantages and existing problems of cultivating and developing Jiangsu Province strategic emerging industries. Third, elaboratingthe questionnaire, and using SPSS software for factor analysis of data gathered, three common factors were extracted and named technology support system, policy support system and service support system, building the support system of Jiangsu Province strategic emerging industries. According to the factor score coefficients, all support elements of the three support system for sorting, and the results were analyzed.Finally,putting forward the constrution strategies of Jiangsu Province strategic emerging industries’ support system. According to the results of factor analysis,putting forward the construction strategies of Jiangsu province strategic emerging industries’ technology support system, policy support system and service support system, choosing reasonable measures to different elements, so that they can better serve the development of Jiangsu Province strategic emerging industries.
