Study On Zhejiang Private Family Enterprise Sustainable Development

Manufacturing accounts most of percentage, brand and innovation consciousness are strengthened and the private family-pattern is still outstanding. Those are the characteristics of Zhejiang private enterprises. The private enterprises still account most of Zhejiang economy, and made the important contributions to Zhejiang economy. And especially, the private family-pattern enterprises lead to the development of the GDP in Zhejiang province.The Internet, e-commerce, software, electronic digital information are the mainly industries of Zhejiang economy. Brand, technology, human resource are the most important factors in these industries. Recent years, the individual and the overall size of Zhejiang private enterprises is still expanding,but becomes slowly, and the most profit comes from the financial industry,the profit from the corporate is much less. With the new normal economic development, the other external environment effects, and the way Zhejiang private enterprises act, there are some problems show up with their development. There is a good impact to study the factors that infect the Zhejiang private enterprises on promoting the sustainable development of zhejiang private family enterprises.This article is based on analyzing the private family enterprises theories and.literature review. And in the third page,we discuss the background of Zhejiang private family enterprises,we analysis the macro-environment of Zhejiang province and the present development situation of the private family-pattern enterprises.In the fourth page,we find the possible reasons cause these problems, then discuss the strength,weakness,opportunity and threaten. At last,we make some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Zhejiang private family enterprises.
