A Strategy Research Of Logistic Management Among The SMEs Of Manufacture In Zhejiang Province

As an important driving force and an integral part of local economy, the SMEs of manufacture is required to improve its logistics management level, with the continuous improvement of production mode. However, from the case of manufacturing SMEs in Zhejiang Province, their disadvantages are also significant, such as poor logistics management equipment, obsolete logistics management idea, outdated logistics operation mode, and customer dissatisfaction.Based on the above background, combing with the logistics management research among domestic and foreign scholars, this paper combines with the theory of logistics management and supply chain management theory, and re-examine the logistics management problems in manufacturing SMEs with the key point of manufacturing SMEs in Zhejiang Province. In view of the logistics development situation of manufacturing enterprises in zhejiang province, this paper analyze the existing problems in the enterprise,and bring those logistics management problems into the theoretical research framework. With the help of SWOT model and the exploratory case study, this paper concludes seven countermeasures system for manufacturing SMEs in Zhejiang Province, such as determining the logistics management development goals, and formulating plans for the development of logistics management, restructuring of logistics management organization, redesigning the logistics management organization, setting up logistics management information system, promoting advanced logistics management technologies; strengthening the management of logistics performance evaluation, promoting logistics system efficiency, strengthening the construction of logistics management personnel, training logistics management talents, changing the logistics management service concept, strengthening the staffs’ customer service consciousness, innovating logistics management mode of operation, chosing the reasonable mode to match enterprise.The research conclusion, on the one hand, cracks the theoretical dilemma of ascending the manufacturing enterprise logistics management ability, which provides a new thought and method. This can also enrich the connotation and thought of logistics management and supply chain management theory. On the other hand, for manufacturing SMEs, this paper will provide usefull and significant guidelines which are both practical and scientific.
