Currently manufacturing enterprises are in the certain condition of economicintegration environment. Be along with the development of economic globalization,more and more manufacturing companies were formed into a group of largemanufacturing enterprises. Logistics management is being increasingly appreciatedunder the rapid development and expansion of manufacturing enterprises. Logisticsmanagement was reputed as the ‘new economic growth point’ after the reduction ofmaterial consumption and improvement of productivity. Many manufacturingcompanies are continues on analyzing logistics management system in order toenhance logistics capability and improve the comprehensive competitive capacity.Manufacturing companies’ logistics system is very complex. It should beenhancing logistics management inside by means of modern logistics managementmethods. Thereby it can achieve more smoothly and effective process in order tosatisfy the higher logistic development speed in manufacturing enterprises.Every company continues aspire the goals of quickly response to customer, highefficiency and also qualified personalized service, but now the status of logisticprocess in manufacture enterprises cannot reach the business rapidly growth up. Baseon the basic situation of manufacturing enterprise logistic process, this thesis’sobjective is to solve the problems such as order reception delay, long lead timematerial with high cost, material stock slow moving, low internal turn rate,unreasonable planning, transported issues and so on.This paper introduces supplier-chain management, logistic strategy and strategyalliance related conception, use development logistic management conceptions in theinternal process of manufacture factories, such as forecast, ABC-XYZ analysismethod, vendor localization, EPR system, QPS, delivery database. Base on theproblems findings in S company, this paper provide some solutions and also analysisthe improvement of KPI in S company after improvement. The final purpose is toprovide suggestions to manufactures enterprises further development.
