Baseon the basic situation of manufacturing enterprise logistic process, this thesis’sobjective is to solve the problems such as order reception delay, long lead timematerial with high cost, material stock slow moving, low internal turn rate,unreasonable planning, transported issues and so on.This paper introduces supplier-chain management, logistic strategy and strategyalliance related conception, use development logistic management conceptions in theinternal process of manufacture factories, such as forecast, ABC-XYZ analysismethod, vendor localization, EPR system, QPS, delivery database. Base on theproblems findings in S company, this paper provide some solutions and also analysisthe improvement of KPI in S company after improvement. The final purpose is toprovide suggestions to manufactures enterprises further development.
