A Research On Liang Shu-ming’s Rural Technology Communication Ideology And Contemporary Significance

Liang Shu-ming’s rural reconstruction theory includes plentiful rural technology communication ideology. His rural technology communication ideology has particular significance in providing lessons and enlightenment to nowadays China’s ongoing new rural reconstruction and rural social development. With Liang Shu-ming’s rural reconstruction theory as basis, this thesis conducts a further study on the rural technology communication ideology behind it, on how Liang Shu-ming implements his theory to the practice of rural reconstruction, on its influence and effect at that time and on its enlightenment and significance for today’s rural social development. This thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction section, it mainly describes the research background, the research goal and the significance, the relevant research situations at home and abroad and also reviews the research strategies, the research approaches and the research characteristics of this paper. The second part discusses the conditions of Liang Shu-ming’s rural technology communication ideology. By analyzing the social, economic and idealistic conditions, this part focus on the historical and social grounds of the appearance of Liang Shu-ming’s rural technology communication ideology. The third part is the theoretical basis of Liang Shu-ming’s rural technology communication ideology. By combing and analyzing the connotations of Liang Shu-ming’s rural reconstruction theory, this part aims at accurately grasping the major supporting theories of Liang Shu-ming’s rural technology communication ideology. Combined with related theories of rural technology communication, the forth part is Liang Shu-ming’s rural technology communication ideology and practice, in which systematically and comprehensively expounding the related ideology and theory described in his rural reconstruction theory: how does Liang Shu-ming help farmers to embark on the road of prosperity and revival by communicate and improve technologies through spreading his ideology theory, what is the influence and effect of these ideology and practice as well as how does it facilitate the rural and agricultural development at that time. The fifth part is the current significance and inspirations of Liang Shu-ming’s rural technology communication ideology.By investigating his rural technology communication ideology in the context of modernization, this part intends to illustrate how does his ideology and practice give important significance and enlightenment on today’s new socialist rural reconstruction and vigorously development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
