Research On The Logistics Solution Of Hazardous Chemicals Based On The “Highway Port” Mode

With the rapid development of China’s current economy, the demand for chemical industry products increased significantly, and the number of hazardous chemicals followed a substantial increase. Because the demand increases, hazardous chemicals logistics in recent years have also made great progress. Transportation accidents usually accompany traffic accidents. Various kinds of hazardous chemicals have great harm, if an accident occurs, it will cause adverse impact on society. Highway logistics of hazardous chemicals security issues become the concern of the government and the community pay In order to solve the security problem of hazardous chemicals logistics, I have made the following research.First, based on serious-minded investigating and the transportation of hazardous chemicals accident case studies, I have analyzed on the status of the logistics of hazardous chemicals in Hunan province, namely Hunan hazardous chemicals logistics SWOT analysis and development trend analysis. Then I used AHP to weight calculate the restraining factor of hazardous chemicals logistics in Hunan province. Accorded to the weight ranking I analysis and discussed logistics management of hazardous chemicals’ feasibility by using “Highway Port” model fit, transplantation and grafting.Secondly, based on the status quo of hazardous chemicals logistics and proposes a solution for the logistics of hazardous chemicals in Hunan province. To construct Hunan hazardous chemicals logistics “Highway Port” platform, the research of the platform include the operations management of “Highway Port” platform, the overall plan for “Highway Port” of functional areas, also proposed the key steps of achieving hazardous chemicals logistics “Highway Port” platform as a whole functions.Finally, through the study of hazardous chemicals logistics solutions—build Hunan hazardous goods logistics research "Road to Hong Kong" platform,and according to the needs of the logistics of hazardous chemicals in Hunan forecast by using gray forecast model. Meanwhile, the combined cases of Hunan Hongsheng Logistics Co., targeted on the “Highway Port”the construction of Hunan Hongsheng logistics proposed countermeasures,including investment and construction mode, profit model, the implementation strategy research.
