| Since the British put forward the concept of low-carbon economy in energy white paper in 2003, many countries practice to carbon emissions reduction and develop low-carbon economy. Related research about carbon emissions as the core of the development of low-carbon economy,are increasingly brought to the attention of the researchers, iron and steel industry is popularity as a bulk carbon emissions and pillar industry of national economy. The study of iron and steel supply chain carbon emissions system, which can be analysis all levels members carbon emissions, and providing reference and guidance to looking for carbon reduction path and realize low-carbon development.Firstly, introduced the research background, purpose and meaning of this paper. Reviewed the related research about supply chain carbon emissions and iron and steel industry carbon emissions and logistics carbon emissions. summarized the predecessors’ lack of research as a starting of this study. And introduced related concepts of the low carbon economy, green supply chain management and system dynamic as the theoretical basis of this article.Secondly, choose SD as the main research method to the design of the overall framework and definition of boundary, and put forward relevant assumptions. Used VENSIM draw the causality diagram, and do cause and effect feedback loop in-depth analysis to subsystem of the of inventory control, carbon emissions of purchasing process control and carbon emissions of tons of iron and steel production control. And build model of iron and steel supply chain carbon emissions SD, do causal tree analysis to the relevant variables of the subsystems of the perform.Then, instructed the state variables, rate variables, auxiliary variables and constants for involved of the model, and examined model from stability, effectiveness and sensitivity, and upchuck. Choose the iron and steel supply chain that for the center with XG company as the example, making simulation analysis for model from three aspects of policy, technology and management, and put forward improvementstrategies according to the analysis results.Finally, obtained research conclusion that iron and steel supply chain carbon emissions system is a complex system, realize carbon emissions reduction need to do something from three aspects of policy, technology and management, and logistics carbon emissions exists in the whole supply chain, should be take seriously. |
