Rural Labor Transfer Study Based On Industrial Agglomeration

Industry cluster has become an important way to expand the rural labor force employment.Accordingto the practice from both domestic and abroad, that industrial agglomeration to effectively promote theprocess of rural industrialization, absorbing a large number of agricultural labor force, to accelerate thepace of urbanization, promote urban and rural plan as a whole is of great significance.In this paper,toYiDong industrial park as an example, using the location entropy to measure YiDong industrial parkconcentration degree and analyzes the status quo of industry cluster.Using a large number of survey data,in-depth analysis of the park and employment structure, characteristics and the present situation of rurallabor force employment,to discuss the problems faced by rural labor transfer.At the same time,design aquestionnaire,sorting data and analyze the the Yining County rural labor force employment intention andits influencing factors, On this basis, combining Yining County labor situation and park enterpriserecruitment needs in the future, finally putting forward the employment direction of rural labor force inthe park, and relevant measures and countermeasures.
