| The coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization is an important part of the development of “ the four modernizations synchronizationâ€,It is important to break the urban-rural dual structure problem and solve the three rural issues.Currently in most parts of china,the new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization is uncoordinated,agriculture modernization lags behind, and because of different regions have different economic development, resources and evironment endowments,the level of agriculture development,social and cultural foundation and other factors,so there are some differences between each region in the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization. Therefore,in order to achieve coordination between new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization,we must explore new mode of the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization.The article takes huaihe river as an example,to study the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization,and explore the factors who affect the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization,having theoretical and parctical significance.First of all, on the basis of the scientific definition of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization on the connotation,buliding evaluation index system of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization,using entropy method measures the comprehensive development level of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization of huaihe river 38 cities from 2006 to 2012.The result shows that the level of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization development increasing year by year.Generally speaking,the highest level of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization development is Jiangsu Province,the higher is Shandong Province,the level of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization development of Anhui and Henan Province is relatively low,there are significant differences between provinces and cities.Secondly,measuring the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization with coupling coordination degree model of every city in huaihe river from 2006 to 2012.The result shows that the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization increasing year by year,but the coupling coordination degree is low,up to 2012,there are only three cities in barely coordination state.In generally,the highest coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization is Jiangsu Province,the higher is Shandong Province,Anhui and Henan Province is relatively low,there are significant differences between provinces and cities.Then,analyzing 2006-2012 spatial correlation of the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization of huaihe river by caculating Moran index I and drawing Moran scatter plot.The result shows that Moran index I of the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization of huaihe river is grater than zero,and after 2009 the Moran index I increasing year by year,it indicates that there is a positive spatial correlation of the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization of huaihe river,and the spatial correlation is growing.The same time,Moran scatter plot shows that most of the cities in the first and third quadrant,which proves more evidence of the positive saptial correlation.Finally, using ordinary panel data model and spatial panel data model to test the influence factors of the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization of huaihe river.The result shows that the influence direction of independent variable on the dependent variable in the spatial panel data is the same with that in the ordinary panel data.the level of industrialization has a negative effect on the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and agriculture modernization,the other four factors(per capita GDP, financial support for agriculture, industrial structure,the level of agriculture modernization development) all have a positive role in promoting, but after introduce space factor, the coefficient estimations of independent variables change(except per capita GDP),the coefficient estimations of industrialization,financial support for agriculture and the level of agriculture modernization development reduce,but the coefficient estimation of industrial structure increases. |
