Study On The Coordinated Development Of New-type Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Shaanxi Province

Promoting the development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization at the same time is an important decision made by the Party Central Committee in the overall situation and focusing on the long-term.A major task during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period in China is the “four modernization of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization”."An important part of the common development and necessary requirements.Shaanxi Province occupies an important position in China's "Belt and Road" economic belt.This is not only an opportunity for Shaanxi to improve its overall strength,but also faces many challenges.At present,Shaanxi Province is in the rapid development stage of economic and social development.The development of new-type urbanization is the focus of the dual urban-rural structure.Agricultural modernization is the inevitable choice for solving the “three rural issues” problem.However,in the process of development,"a big problem must be encountered when walking on one leg," we must not consider only one aspect,and we must start with a new type of urbanization and agricultural modernization to effectively use scarce land resources.Rationally arrange the spatial distribution of urban and rural areas,carefully plan the land for urban construction and industrial clusters,promote new-type urbanization,and achieve the coordinated development of the two on the basis of the unimpeded development of agricultural modernization.It is precisely because of this that it is particularly necessary to study the interaction between the new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province and the level of coordinated development.This article takes Shaanxi Province as the research object.Based on summarizing the predecessors' understanding of the connotation and mutual relations of the new era of urbanization and agricultural modernization,the paper first introduced the basic situation of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in the province from 2007 to 2016.Study the specific conditions of the region,construct the “two indicators” evaluation index system,and obtain the weights by taking the entropy method and the coefficient of variation method,and then use the arithmetic mean of the two to determine the weight of the final indicator,and pass the comprehensive indicator evaluation method.After evaluation,the comprehensive development level of “Two Chemicals” in Shaanxi Province was obtained from 2007 to 2016;then,the degree of coordinated development between new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province was quantitatively analyzed using the coupling coordination model,and the coordination level was divided to obtain Shaanxi Province.The process of coordinating development levels in 10 cities under the jurisdiction of the province has been analyzed.Problems and constraints in the process of the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province have been analyzed;and the analysis of the Moran index I and the drawing of Moran scatter plots has been carried out.2007-Spatial Correlation Analysis of Coupling Degree of Coordination between New Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Shaanxi Province in 2016 The spatial correlation of the coupled and coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization confirms the positive spatial autocorrelation between new urbanization and agricultural modernization in the cities of Shaanxi Province.The degree of coordinated development is also higher;Finally,according to the overall development level of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Shaanxi Province,the trends and characteristics of the development and coordinated development of the “two industries” are analyzed,and the corresponding policy measures and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide practical reference for relevant departments.
