Research On Spillover Effect Of Producer Service Industry In Anhui Province

The global industrial structure presents the trend of transformation from "industrial economy" to "service economy", producer service industry plays a great role in absorbing employment, promoting economic growth and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. With enhancement of Anhui Province in recent years, the overall economic level, coupled with the support from national policy and Anhui Province the 12 th Five Year Plan, making production in Anhui Province service industry growth, and has a spillover effect on the economic growth. Therefore, this paper studies the spillover effects of the production service industry in Anhui Province on the economic growth and the impact factors of Anhui province’s producer services spillover effects of these two issues.This paper based on the theory of division of labor, industry relevance theory, transaction cost theory and growth pole theory from four aspects of productive service industry spillover mechanism analysis, namely conduction mechanism, incentive mechanism, innovation mechanism and flow mechanism. Using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the research method of vertical comparison and horizontal comparison is used to analyze the spillover effects of the productive service industry in Anhui province. Based on the proposed problem-- analysis problems, ideas to solve the problem through the positioning of the stage of economic development in Anhui Province on the producer service industry development status is described and based on Anhui Province 2003- 2013 productive service industry, referring to the model of thinking, do an empirical study on the longitudinal comparison and transverse comparison with the spillover effect of producer services in Anhui Province, finally, through empirical research on the influence factors of technology spillover effects found in Anhui Province production service industry spillovers exist problems and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the basis.The results show that: the producer services in Anhui province compared with other provinces in central area, showed a strong momentum of development, the spillover effects for the first central. But it has the problem of uneven development, the first performance in the industry, the imbalance between the traditional service industry(that is, the wholesale and retail) still occupy larger proportion, the biggest spillover effects on economic growth. Then in uneven regional development, the level of producer services development gap between cities is larger, with the characters and the spillover effects in the south of Anhui in Anhui has a larger gap. And through the influence of producer services in Anhui an empirical study of the influence factors of spillover effects, the urbanization level and industrialization level to enhance the spillover effects of producer services in Anhui province, level of human capital and institutional factors less work on the spillover effect of producer services, and degree of opening to the outside world is not to promote the generation of the spillover effect of producer services in Anhui province.
