FDI On The Empirical Analysis Of The Effect Of High-Tech Industry

FDI on Chinese high-tech industry effect not only on its own in thedevelopment of China’s high-tech industry and brings direct effect, but also inChina’s domestic industry of new and high technology and raise the efficiencyof generating force.Thus indirectly promote the high-tech industry growth, wecall this effect is called" spillover effect"..However FDI on China new hi-techindustry has brought much of the direct and indirect effects? FDI really broughtChinese high-tech enterprise technological progress?Domestic foreign-fundedenterprises technical spillover effect degree have after all how old? How toeffectively use and introduction of foreign capital? This requires more precisepolicy guidance and regulation.This article draws lessons from domestic and international FDI researchtheory achievement, use" Feder model" of the FDI on China new hi-techindustry ’s mechanism of action, which will be of high tech industry in Chinaaccording to " Feder model " requirement is divided into foreign hi-techindustry sector and domestic high-tech industries, and put forward twohypothesis:①Of foreign hi-tech industry sector and the domestic industry ofnew and high technology sector of the marginal factor productivity differences;the foreign hi-tech industry sector of the marginal factor productivity is higherthan the domestic industry of new and high technology sector. Then using twotypes of China’s economic sector1999-2009years of relevant time series data,from an empirical perspective on China new hi-tech industry and itsrelationship with FDI undertook experience is analysed.This research showsthat, at this stage of the FDI on China new hi-tech industry stimulative effect isnot obvious, mainly through the domestic industry permeate to realize,,Accordingly, accelerate foreign hi-tech industrialization process and on thedomestic industry transform is the realization of FDI on China’s high-techindustry to promote the role of the important ways.
