Analysis Of Leading Effects And Technological Spillover Function To China's Regional Economy Of High And New Technological Products Exports

At first, this paper shows that there are three main characteristics in the development of the high-and-new technological products export in China,that is the imbalance of the development of the industrys,the dominion state of foreign investment enterprises in high-and-new technological products exports and the main export trade shape-processing trade with low additional product value.In order to find out the relationship between economic growth and the high-and-new technobgical products export,this paper takes the relationship between economic growth and export into account first,using the mature theory and experiential research,then considers the demonstration development of the economics growth and the construction of the trade good.At the foundation of that analysis, i have a summary about the relationship between economic growth and the high-and-new technological products exports.Then this paper measures the pull effect of the high-and-new technological products export to economic growth simply,and the real pull effect in various province. We have a conclusion that the main reasons resulting to the different development among those provinces are the science and technology input,ecomical activity,industy construction,innovation ability,the openness degreen,fdi and the government encourage-mechanism,etc.This paper develops Feder model into four sections ,using data from various provinces in China from 2000 to 2003,analyses the technological spillover effect of the high-and-new technological products exports to China's economy.The results are :1. The high-and-new technological products exports develop rapidly in the eastern China,and primary products and the manufacturing products exports take the main place in the middle-western China.2.The technological spillover effect of the high-and-new technological products exports to the non-exporting section is negligiblejust 0.07 in the eastern China.3.The productivity difference between the competition export section and the non-exporting section doesn't have a remarkable effect to leading economic growth.The main reason is that the distribution of the high-and-new technological industry is not reasonable,resulting to the weak correlative effect in industrys.Basing on the above analysis,this paper give some political suggestions about thedevelopment of the high-and-new technological products exports,mainly including foreign capital policy and region-environment policy.In conclude,it is urgency to develop the international competetion ability of the high-and-new technological products and perfect the export stratagem rapidly,especially facing sustaining development.
