In recent years, along with the deepening of China’s new urbanization, the construction scale continues to grow, our country has become the world’s largest engineering project construction market, so the development of project management is becoming increasingly important, but the widespread phenomenon of conflict in the project team seriously hindered the development of project management, although research on conflict management in the project team is very rich, but research on the field of the project team core stakeholders is rarely, and there are a lot of key problems not effectively solved, such as what are the main affected factors of core member conflict in project team, the mutual relationship between the factors, what are the key factors of core stakeholders’ conflict, what about core stakeholders conflict’ generation mechanism, this leads to the project manager cannot be targeted for conflict management to solve conflicts of core project team members from the root, so researching on the core stakeholders conflict problems of the project team has become a significant problem.The main work of this paper:using literature research method with two rounds of the Delphi method to comb conflict cause between core stakeholders in project team; using ISM method to research conflict generation mechanism and using case to certify rationality of the formation mechanism of conflict; using DEMATEL method to find the key influencing factors of conflict. Concrete research content is as follows:(1)We get 13 kinds of preliminary conflict factors through literature research method, and combining Delphi method to make two rounds of expert consultation to 16 core stakeholders of project team, we finally get 12 re-sort main factors of conflict.(2)The ISM method is applied to study the mutual interaction relationship between the 12 main factors of core stakeholders’ conflict, construct system structure of conflict factors and explore conflict generation mechanism.(3)The DEMATEL method is applied to analyze centrality and reason degree of 12 main factors of conflict, then refine the key element that affects the upgrading of conflict.Through the study on conflict problems of core stakeholders in the project team, the author draw the following conclusions:(1) Through ISM analysis and DEMATEL analysis to the 12 major factors of conflict, the author get five fundamental factors of core stakeholders’ conflict in project team:responsibility, right and benefit, the risk division is not clear, Personal Values, role expectation deviation, Individual Differences, task dependence. Then Through DEMATEL analysis we refine element of centrality:willingness to communicate, communication process, understanding deviation.(2) The author find five fundamental factors leading to conflict mechanism process in the ISM analysis process of the 14 major conflict factors, and we using case of private decoration enterprise team conflict process to certify rationality of the formation mechanism of conflict.(3) project manager can get the following conflict management measures:1)as a project manager, to select team members of small difference personal values, similar personality, highly dependent on the task.2) project manager to help project members locate their project roles.3) try to balance the division of powers, responsibilities, benefits, risks.4) try to establish conflict monitoring feedback method, if the project appear the communication wishes not strong, communication process is not very smooth, serious understanding deviation, the serious inconsistent targets between the core members,we need to rethinking of the five fundamental elements affected conflict if properly handled so that we can resolve conflicts at source.This study combines the key issues of current project team conflict in the construction enterprise to make some research, the conclusion of this paper have value to solve such problems.
