In the process of the development of science and technology,the complexity of our current work and the workload to a large extent,has reached the limit of each worker.Therefore,in the past decades,the team has been widely used in various types of organizations instead of the original work organization.As an important mode of work,the modules of the learning unit and performance unit in the organization have become more and more important.However,because there are many differences in each member of the team,each of its objectives are differentiated.Easy task and team conflict exists in the understanding and team conflict prone factors communication mechanism;on the other hand,in order to let the team without a harmonious atmosphere of the existence of false positive,team members are encouraged to express different views,in general,team leader in the development of team conflict,to encourage and strengthen the appropriate and constructive and positive suggestions and measures,for the team,can have a positive impact on their work,so that they can communicate effectively to achieve mutual understanding,to achieve effective information interaction,making relatively reasonable decision to form a team.In this paper,the author reviewed and analyzed the relevant theories and reviews of team conflict.In recent years,although the number of conflict management research projects in China has increased,compared with foreign countries,especially in developed countries,it is still insufficient.After a long period of evolution and evolution,the scholars have been able to improve the conflict management theory and the related research.On this basis,in view of the process of team conflict management,we should fully understand the influence factors of team conflict,find out the type of conflict,and choose the reasonable management mode.Then,the paper makes a concrete analysis of the problems of team conflict and analyzes the causes of these problems.And the team conflict consists of including team members in the conflict,and the conflict between team members,team members and team conflict and team leaders and team members of the conflict between the four parts,respectively for the four aspects of project team conflict management scheme.Firstly,the role conflict between members of the project on the face;interpersonal conflict to actively communicate when asked to learn to listen,combined with the characteristics of Middle East communication design project,to solve the project if the team appeared in the cultural conflict,need to do the following aspects: the first is to recognize cultural differences;second for multicultural training;third is consistent in the business concept and spiritual culture;for the conflict between the project team and members of the FACE combination method to prevent the project team destructive conflict put forward and encourage constructive conflict TEAP combination method in team management;specifically,to solve the conflict between the management personnel and a member of the strategy mainly the following: timely communication and coordination,pay attention to ask and listen to,the superior communication should be rational,festival,courage,have According to the same level of communication,there must be "lung",build a good feedback mechanism,avoid the negative emotions in coordination and communication,control and tolerance of informal communication conflict,emphasizes the solution;conflict between the two groups are common because at least one conflict caused by the conflict,often destructive.Can try swap roles,transfer goals and change organizational structure.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of team conflict management program,from the two aspects of organizational structure and process system proposed safeguards.
