Employee satisfaction has always been a hot topic in the research of HR. Through the study of employee satisfaction, Enterprises can inspect the implementation of the enterprise system. Also, they can understand the working state of the staff. So, scholars have carried out a lot of researches based on different backgrounds, different theoretical supports and different measurement models. But there are also many shortcomings.In this study, the research object is employees in IT industry in Liaoning Province, and the evaluation of employee satisfaction is explored based on the Structural Equation Model.First of all, IT industry, employees in IT industry and employee satisfaction are defined, and the related theories are summarized. The shortcomings of the current research are summarized. For example, the weight coefficients are not reasonable and the error of the measurement is ignored.Secondly, the current situation in IT industry in Liaoning Province is learnt and analyzed by case interviews, data review, questionnaire and other means. Through the micro channel service platform, expert consultation, and interviews with employees,6 influencing factors(career development, enterprise situation, interpersonal relationship, job itself, employee expectation and work achievement)are determined in IT industry in Liaoning Province. And the initial index system of employee satisfaction evaluation is built in Liaoning province. With the help of softwareSPSS17.0, CITC measurement, reliability test and validity test are conducted. The result showed:4 indicators are deleted, and the final evaluation index system of employee satisfaction in IT industry in Liaoning province is determinedFinally,the evaluation model of employee satisfaction in IT industry was constructed based on Structural Equation Model, and the influence coefficient of factors are obtained by the software AMOS17.0.Based on this,the satisfaction index was calculated.Because of the limitations of enterprise size, cost, level of urban consumption and staffing, the overall level of employee satisfaction in IT industry in Liaoning province is generally satisfactory. For employees in IT industry in Liaoning province, career development is the most important, and Training opportunities, benefits, teamwork, work challenges, corporate commitment and job satisfaction are the biggest influence on the 6 Latent variables respectively. So, enterprises should design career path for employees, establish the perfect training mechanism, and provide continuous education to improve skills.
