| In the contemporary society,the stability of enterprise employees is one of the important indicators to measure the healthy development of enterprises.Employee loss may have a very serious impact on the enterprise,so the problem of employee loss is paid more and more attention by enterprises.At present,the dilemma of high employee turnover rate faced by logistics enterprises is a stumbling block to the rapid development of China’s logistics industry.In recent years,related problems have attracted the attention of many scholars,and solving the problem of personnel loss in the express logistics industry has become the focus of the industry.Therefore,taking the practical development of China’s express enterprises as the background,it is of great significance to conduct quantitative,detailed and in-depth research on the many factors highlighted in the loss of personnel in China’s express enterprises.This paper takes the influencing factors of the staff loss in express enterprises as the starting point,first through a lot of literature reading,learning literature about staff loss at home and abroad,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for this paper,determines the research methods of this paper: literature review method,questionnaire survey method and structural equation model analysis method.Secondly,it discusses the main factors leading to the loss of employees and the connection between them,and constructed the theoretical assumption model of the influencing factors of employee loss,the questionnaire design and obtains the sample data;test the reliability and validity of the sample data by using SPASS 26.0 software;validation factor analysis and structural equation path model analysis were performed using AMOS24.0 software,during the period,the path model is corrected according to the actual fit degree of the theoretical model and the data,the influence coefficient of each factor on the employee turnover intention is obtained,that is,the influence of each factor on the resignation intention,so as to provide targeted reference for express delivery enterprises to formulate employee retention policies,reduce the staff turnover rate,finally achieve to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.By the research of this paper,I hope to give some suggestions to the human resource management of relevant express delivery enterprises,and can play some positive role in the improvement of the retention rate and management level of enterprise employees. |
