Along with social progress, economic development, people’s living standard is also increasing. On one hand, people on the consumption of agricultural products is not only the quantity is greatly enhance but also the quality requirements, however, due to the particularity of agricultural products, the majority of business mode of agricultural products circulation organization is in the traditional business modes, slow development, The efficiency is also low, which lead to the dilemma of high consumption, low quality. On the other hand, China agricultural products distribution due to the lack of corresponding theoretical guidance and practical experience, which is far below the international competitiveness of enterprises in developed countries. It is also negative for our country to participate in the international market competition after us having joined the WTO. In this thesis, We will use the theory of business model and value chain and have a research on China agricultural products distribution business mode innovation.The study of business model is very late, studies in many places is still not deep enough, especially the research on business model of agricultural products circulation is much more less. This paper analyses in the literature and summarized the other industry business model method based on innovation, the construction of a commercial six factors analysis framework, used for microstructure analysis and comparison of different agricultural products distribution business model.Based on the analysis of other countries in the world of the agricultural products distribution business model, summarize the rules and guidance. Due to differences in resource endowments and national conditions, different countries, different circulation organization of agricultural products competitive advantage is not the same, on the basis of current situation of China’s agricultural circulation organization, to suit one’s measures to local conditions, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses. In this paper, according to the different circulation organizations of agricultural products, provides three business model innovation paths, circulation organization can according to their own situation, to develop and consolidate its business model.Through analysis of Shenzhen agricultural products Limited by Share Ltd that agricultural products distribution case, demonstrates how application specific business model analysis method, the Shenzhen agricultural product model as the domestic business model innovation, have a positive and practical significance.
