Low-income Groups In Henan Province Employment Policy Perspective Of Ethics

Since state-owned enterprise restructuring from the 1980 s, employment and re-employment has become a social problem into the line of sight of people, at the same time,it caused the wide attention of the society, employment and re-employment not only influence social political stability,but also is the social pr oblem of families relationship. Henan province is a populous pr ovince,especially the employment problems in low-income groups,solving the low-income groups employment policy, it can rel ative the employment pressure, but it unable solve the employment problem of the low-income group from fundamental.From the Angle of et hics, this article analysis of employment policy of urban low-income groups, first of all, analysis of the composition and the present situation of the employment of the low-income group in Henan province, Seco ndly, analysis and elaboration the employment policy of the development proc ess of low-income groups, Then according to the ethical connotation of employment policy, detailed analysis and elaboration of the ethical issues of employment policies in Henan low-income groups,and this is one of the focus of this article, found that the presence of rural employment system is not equality, it neglect people-oriented concept,the policy objects exist selectivity and so on,it contain a series of ethical problems,at last,according to the ethical issues, propose the Henan low-income groups future employment policies should adhere to the ethical public guide, s uch as people-oriented, altruism, Pratt & W hitney and so on, f rom the ethical guidance,should strengthen the rights and obligati ons of the government,make sure to provide equal employ ment opportunities,establishment people-oriented, giving priority to the employment, employment policy implementation of the object transferred to Pratt & Whitney, in order to improve the employment policy of low-income groups,I hope this proposal can solve the employment of low-income groups in Henan Province, to provide theoretical help.
