Bozhou developed agriculture is a big city with much of the population. From New Year’s day to the Spring Festival, there will be a large number of migrant workers return home. Therefore, in the industry to this period of market, known as the two sections of the market. During this period the development of new users, enhance the market share is to ensure that the annual revenue target to achieve the key work. Two marketing time is short, but it covers all areas of Bozhou, involves the various departments of the former background and it also faces the challenges of the accelerated process of the market and the changing needs of customers, which raises higher requirements for the cost management of two marketing project. Cost management is an important aspect of project management. A scientific and reasonable project cost management method is a key point to effectively promote the success of the project, and can greatly improve the profitability and competitiveness of the project.Based on the analysis of the feasibility of marketing project management, this paper takes two marketing projects in Bozhou as the breakthrough point, combined with the characteristics of the project, discusses and analyzes the cost management of the project by Earned Value Method. Through the case study of two marketing projects in Bozhou, this paper demonstrates that the Earned Value Method can be used to manage and control the project cost. In addition, based on Earned Value Method, this paper considers the cost and schedule, finds out the problem of cost control more clearly and more accurately, so as to proposed response plan and effectively solve cost overruns, and to improve the management level of two marketing activities, ensure the smooth development of marketing activities and the achievement of the target, and also hope to provide reference for other related enterprise project cost management.
