Under the situation of growing openness, economic fluctuations, and the pressure of competition, continuously exploring new business model, stimulating the effective creativity (Iansitiand,2006), have become the new focus of the enterprise. Business Model Innovation is the source of enterprises to create value and earn profits (Magretta,2002), and also the key factor to enhance the core competitiveness (Zott & Amit,2007; Casadesus-Masanell & Ricar,2010). In a word, it is deemed to bring to enterprise strategic competitive advantage (Zott & Amit,2007; Casadesus-Masanell & Ricar, 2010), and is paid attention by kinds of enterprises (Pohle et al.,2007). But as the normal sense, it can also be copied, imitated and learned (Wu et al., 2010;吴晓波等, 2013).And under the trend of global economy integration, the existing business model is obsolescence, and the profitability of the corporate is declining, the advantage of the enterprise which had been set up in the steady state environment by erosion, and the static equilibrium formed in the market environment for the past has been broken (焦豪等,2008), it is tend to be more dynamic, and the result is that the inherent competitive advantage of the enterprise is not effective. Only the enterprise own the capability of awareness, acquisition and re-configuration, it can achieve the competitive advantage in the fast changing environment (Teece et al.,1997,2007) Therefore, in the process of business model innovation, to reconstruct or improve its dynamic capability, becomes the key to the sustainable development for the enterprise. The formation of dynamic capability relies on the practice and experience accumulated during business model innovation (Teece et al.,2010). Business model innovation can promote the promotion of dynamic capability to a certain extent(Aspara et al.,2010; Demil & Lecocq, 2010).But some knowledge, ability, experience, etc. which had been generated in the process of business model innovation cannot be automatically evolutes to the dynamic capability for the organization. Dynamic capability derived from learning (Winter & Zollo,1999; Eisenhardt & Martin,2000), exploratory learning and exploitative learning as the two important ways for the evolution of knowledge, ability and so on, they have positive effects on the strengthening of the dynamic capability(Levinthal & March,1993; Easterby & Prieto,2008).Therefore, to explore the internal relations between business model innovation and exploratory learning, exploratory learning, and the mechanism between these two learning mechanism and dynamic capability, are the main issue for the enterprise to obtain competitive advantage.After the analysis, this paper defines the concept of business model innovation, exploratory learning, exploitative learning and dynamic capability firstly, and secondly analyzes the mechanism between each variable within the literature review, then put exploratory learning and exploitative learning as intermediary variable to study the business model innovation to influence model of the dynamic capability. Finally, we collected information by questionnaire survey, and within this we collected the valid data about 183 by questionnaire survey, and based on this, this study used statistical analysis software like SPSS20.0, AMOS17.0 to proceed empirical analysis, in order to verify the overall research model and hypothesis. We come to the following valuable conclusions.Firstly, business model innovation is an important source of organizational dynamic capability. Organizations are more likely to value and implement the business model innovation through the continuous process of development and utilization of opportunity, and the to keep close to, obtain and control the resources which are needed for the development of the enterprise, and at the same time through the creative integration of group technology and memory resources, in order to furtherly improve the ability of resource integration and reorganization, constantly cultivate and enhance the dynamic capability.Secondly, the level of the organization’s business model innovation is higher, it can be more effectively drive the exploratory learning and exploitative learning of the organization. At the same time, exploratory learning and exploitative learning play the positive role on the effectively built and promoted of the dynamic capability.As the most important, this paper has take the exploratory learning and exploitative learning as the intermediary variable to research the relationship between the business model innovation and dynamic capability. In this paper, the study results show that exploratory learning and exploitative learning play the partly intermediary role between business model innovation and dynamic capability. Therefore, in the practice of entrprise, the managers need to build and improve the dynamic capability, and also during this progress, not only need to vigorously promote the organization’s business model innovation, also need more attention to these the innovation behavior into the means of dynamic capability, namely exploratory learning and exploitative learning as the middle of the bridge.
