With the deepened of economic globalization and integration,the economic environment and technology conditions changes rapidly,business background became increasingly complex,the existing competitive advantage has been eroded,due to not adapt to the change of external environment,many enterprises were ruthless eliminated by the market.For surviving,enterprises need to establish new competitive advantage.How to build or improve dynamic capabilities to adapt to the changing external environment has a vital significance to the enterprise's survival and development.Culture can help the enterprise to build and improve dynamic capabilities.Innovative culture,as one of the research topics in the field of entrepreneurship has gradually got the attention of scholars(Hogan,2014;Petrakis,etc.,2015),its impact on organizational entrepreneurial behavior was also recognized(Turro etc.,2014).But at the moment,there are few studies focus on the influence on dynamic capabilities of innovation culture,lacking of researches on the mechanism of the influence on specific path and not conducive to scientific and rational understanding of innovation culture,understanding is unfavorable to the innovation culture how to influence on the basis of dynamic capabilities improve dynamic capabilities.This article is based on the organizational ambidexterity theory,organizational culture theory,organizational learning theory and dynamic capability theory.On the basis of related research,we expounds the innovative path and mechanism of culture and dynamic capabilities,and mainly answers the question of the following 3 aspects:(1)under the "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" background,is positive social innovation culture and atmosphere really helpful for enterprises to build and improve dynamic capability to cope with the intense dynamic external environment?What is the theoretical basis behind this phenomenon?Many enterprises in the development of practice are put forward to build innovative culture and atmosphere does it make sense?(2)in the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is the source of enterprise to build competitive advantage,learning is promoted enterprise's entrepreneurial effect is an important way to acquire knowledge,how innovative culture learning attitude and learning behavior by influencing the organization will ultimately affect the build of the dynamic capabilities?(3)enterprises differ from objective conditions,in practice,whether its own characteristics and the external environment influence enterprise promote dynamic ability through the ambidexterity learning?How these indicators influence the path?This study attempts to answer the above three aspects,contributing to scientific,rational,in-depth understanding of innovation culture.Innovative culture to clear transformation path and mechanism of dynamic capabilities,further deepening,deepen the understanding of the relationship between innovation cultural and dynamic capabilities,helps to ascend dynamic ability and delve into the innovation culture,building solid theory foundation for the future study and the relationship between the dynamic capability.In order to answer the above questions,this article integrated the organizational ambidexterity theory and organizational learning theory,after studying the theory of organizational ambidexterity,we try to develop new dimension,clear and explain the dual learning step by step as the mediating role between the innovation culture and dynamic capabilities,opened the "black-box" between innovation culture and dynamic capability,constructing innovative culture,exploratory/exploitation learning dynamic capabilities construct and innovative culture,balance/combined learning dimensions and dynamic capability model,layered authentication and discussed the influence of innovative culture on the dual learning,dual learning as the mediation factor and organization size and environment as the mediation factors,on the basis of the compare two relational model,deepen the understanding of impact path and mechanism.To verify the hypothesis,the research adopts the questionnaire survey method,through the survey of 297 Chinese enterprises to get the data,using hierarchical regression analysis to verify the hypothesis.Based on the empirical research,this paper draw the following conclusions:(1)the innovation culture has a significant positive effect on dynamic capabilities;(2)the ambidextrous learning between the culture of innovation and dynamic capability has play the role as mediation factor,two kinds of learning behavior exploratory study,exploitative learning play a mediating role between innovation culture and dynamic capability,on this basis,the enterprise for the balance of the exploratory learning and exploitative learning and interaction of two kinds of learning behavior also play a mediating role;(3)the bigger the organization scale is,balance learning dimension and combined learning dimension have greater influence on dynamic capabilities,but for exploitative learning,the positive influence to the dynamic capability is weakened;The higher environment comfortable was,exploratory learning,the use of learning,combined learning dimensions of dynamic capabilities,the greater the influence of the balanced learning dimension and dynamic capability is not affected by the environment.This research in the era of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation"background,focus on the role of innovation culture and the effect to the dynamic capability,making up for the lack and deficiency of existing theoretical research and practice,and research of ambidexterity dimension,the mediation of learning step by step,not only helps to improve the dual learning research,and to deeply understand the important role of the dual study,which has high innovative in theory and practice,embodies in the following three aspects:First,this article opened the mechanism between innovative culture and dynamic capabilities.Based on organizational learning theory and ambidexterity theory,we try to add ambidextrous learning between innovation culture and the dynamic capabilities and pay attention to the flow of knowledge.The results verified the innovative culture to influence dynamic capability,consistent with the existing research conclusion.This article also open the relationship between innovation culture and dynamic ability step by step,by comparing different mediation model,expound the different path of mediation and conduction mechanism of the innovation culture.Second,based on the current research status and the shortage of the ambidextrous learning,we newly divided dimensions,different from the common dimensions as exploratory learning and exploitation learning,this paper will study the balanced learning dimensions(BLD)and combined learning dimensions(CLD).Hypotheses were proposed about balanced learning dimensions(BLD)/combined learning dimension(CLD)have effects on dynamic capabilities.To study the ambidextrous dimension,helps to explain the existing ambidextrous study of differences in conclusion,with a better understanding of the concept to the ambidextrous study,also helps to get a comprehensive understanding of the ambidextrous learning as the mediation role of relationship between the cultural innovation and dynamic capabilities.Finally,we pay attention to the influence of situational factors,different views on the research on the ambidexterity is mainly based on the organizational resources and structure differences,organizational resources has a significant effect on the relationship between the ambidextrous learning and dynamic capability.To improve the research,we focuses on situational factors on the ambidextrous learning and the influence of the relationship between dynamic capability,research conclusion help to investigate the relationship between the ambidextrous learning and dynamic capability,and better match with practice.
