Workplace ostracism is a typical workplace "cold" violence, it is widespread in all kinds of organizations, so that employees may be depressed, can not vent and no work. But for its research is very limited, until 2008, the Ferris et al on workplace ostracism system research and the development of a workplace ostracism scale after, academic circles gradually emerged related empirical research. From combing the scholars study found that personality traits in individual on workplace ostracism perception plays a decisive role, but also deeply affects the individual perceives workplace ostracism of coping style. As a kind of general self-confidence, career resilience is a generalization of the personality characteristics, which is a kind of general self-confidence in the individual to cope with different environment. It to employees in the work of security sense plays a very positive impact, then career resilience can not play a regulatory role? therefore, this research trying to explore workplace ostracism of job insecurity effects, and analysis of career resilience on the relationship between them regulatory role, with a view to the workplace for exclusion of building blocks, but also the certain enlightenment significance to the social practice.This paper uses positive analysis method to study, to career rejection as independent variable, job insecurity as dependent variable, career resilience as a moderating variable, trying to explore the relationship between the three. This study consists of five parts:In the first part, background and content of this research are summarized, and the research methods and innovation points of this paper are also clear.The second chapter is the literature review, combing the domestic and international workplace exclusion, job insecurity and career resilience of the relevant research, strengthening the theoretical foundation of this article.In the third chapter, in combing the results of previous studies based on the proposed research hypothesis and research model, according to the variable definition and design the questionnaire scale pre testing, and according to the result of pre testing of the scale of refining.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis, including descriptive statistics analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis and so on, and through the relationship between the correlation analysis.The fifth part is the conclusion of this research. In this part, analyzed the verification of the hypothesis, and the conclusions of the paper are drawn according to the results of statistical analysis. Finally, for the inadequacies of the study, and a clear future research direction.Through the discussion of the above five parts, this study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Enrich the research on the job performance of workplace exclusion. The research on workplace exclusion, which is Ferris in the 2008 to the workplace exclusion of systematic research, began to appear in the academic community. In addition, although the academic community has the workplace rejection of the staff personal professional attitude, but the authority is not much, so this study has enriched the research in this area.(2) This study will career resilience into to workplace ostracism and job insecurity relations research, to build a new model and explore career resilience of workplace ostracism and job insecurity among the regulatory role.The study in table selection, information sources of diversity exists limitations, in the follow-up study, can further test career resilience scale, achieve workplace ostracism diversification of sources of information and pay full attention to the effects of individual level and organizational level factors on job insecurity.
