Recently,workplace violence,which represented by workplace ostracism,are increasingly common,so it has important significance to theoretical research and management practice that clear and definite the formation mechanism of workplace ostracism.In the field of workplace ostracism,most of the research focuses on the impact of this phenomenon on the organization and the individual employees,meanwhile,they study the path and mechanism of these effects,the study about the pathogenesis and path of this phenomonon still relatively lacking.On the basis of the existing research,this study focuses on the former variables of workplace ostracism,based on the theory of social exchange and the theory of social identity,explores the influence of political skills and leadership exchange on workplace ostracism,and suggest that political skills can moderate the negative relationship between the leader-member exchange and the workplace ostracism.With regard to the impact of workplace ostracism,scholars generally believe that workplace ostracism will have negative effects on role-out behavior,such as organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention.On this basis,this study suggests that workplace ostracism be negatively related to task performance,so that workplace ostracism mediate the relationship between LMX and task performance,meanwhile,workplace ostracism mediate the relationship between political skills and task performance.In this paper,we use the mature authority scale of international journals to collect data.The survey samples from the financial services industry,collected a total of 155 members from 37 teams of relevant data.We use SPSS software and AMOS to test the reliability and validity of the data,besides,we test the hypothesis of this paper byhierarchy regression analysis.The results show that political skills and LMX have negative impact on the workplace ostracism,and the workplace ostracism partly mediate the affect between LMX and task performance,and partly mediate the affect between political skills and task performance This study complements the study of the former factors of the workplace ostracism and the mechanism of action,and has the guiding and practical significance to the behavior of the employees in the work.
