The Financial Support Of The New Urbanization Construction In Our Country

New urbanization construction is a very important strategy in China’s economic development, it can play a role in the development of China’s economy, but also the inevitable requirement of the socialist economy. The new urbanization is a complicated and huge system engineering, but also a difficult historical mission, its impact factors are very many, involving a wide range of interests, the main infrastructure construction, the protection of farmers’ interests and the protection of ecological environment and other issues. In these complex situations, almost all aspects of the problem can not be separated from the support of funds, especially in infrastructure and public services, the demand for capital is even greater.In recent years, China’s new urbanization has achieved no small achievement, the economic development and people’s lives have been greatly improved. However, in the road of urbanization, China still faces many problems, such as the main investment in the government, the financing is mainly based on loans and other issues, investment and financing channels are too narrow. Economic development comes from the allocation of resources, while the financial resources for the allocation of resources to provide a guide role. Also in the process of urbanization, the role of financial support for the economy is essential. New urbanization requires a lot of money to provide the infrastructure and public goods. Public goods are provided by the government in theory, but due to the limited financial power of governments at all levels, the government’s power is bound to affect the process of economic development. In addition to the main force of government finance, social financing should be regarded as another major financial force.This paper analyzes the various financing mode in the construction of the new urbanization,and introduces the PPP model, a city in the financial support for the development of new urbanization as an example, this paper introduces the basic situation and experience of fiscal and financial support for the development of new urbanization, the key to a commercial bank financial support for the H project as an example, introduced thefinancial support of the commercial banks in the aspect of the new town. In view of the opportunities and challenges brought by the urbanization construction in the financial industry, the strategy of financial support for the construction of urbanization is put forward.
