Currently, the new-type urbanization has become an important strategy of China for economic and social development, China has entered in a critical period of new-type urbanization construction, but the actual level of urbanization is not high, there is a big gap compared with the level of urbanization in developed countries. Through continuous improvement of its own development, service efficiency and other aspects of financial support in urbanization, The financial support can develop to urbanization construction forcefully. Which we can say the new-type urbanization is inseparable from financial support.This paper summarizes the literature about financial support and its inadequate in new-type urbanization construction, The development of the new-type urbanization is the economic and social coordinated development of the city as the center, involving the conversion of population migration, transformation and upgrading of industrial, which to find new perspective of support approach and effect in financial support of new-type urbanization construction, and then measure the development of new-type urbanization from population urbanization, industrial urbanization and space urbanization. Then theoretically analyses inherent mechanism of the financial support approach to support the population urbanization, industrial urbanization and space urbanization; This paper uses of relevant data from 1979 to 2013 years and founds VAR model from population, industrial and space perspective, we get conclusions of effects of financial support:development of financial scale can develop to urbanization significantly, improvement of financial efficiency and financial structure are played a significant role in promoting new-type urbanization in the medium and long term. Finally, combining status quo of financial support and support approach and effects, we proposes targeted financial support policy recommendations in new-type urbanization construction.
