A Research On The Current Development And Countermeasures Of The Provincial Modern Agricultural Park In The Town Of Huanghu

The Modern Agricultural Park, the advanced model window of modern agriculture, is a crucial approach to achieving the modernization of agriculture. Although China’s modern agricultural parks are keeping a good momentum of development at the present stage, how to develop our modern agricultural parks better on the existing basis has a great practical significance on exploring modern agricultural developing pattern with Chinese characteristics and promoting development of rural economy.Agriculture is the leading industry in the western of Yuhang hills landform, but the agricultural development in this region lags behind with a low efficiency of production. In 2010, The town of Huanghu start to construct the "provincial Modern Agricultural Park of Huanghu" in order to provide peasant help to increase the income of farmers during the developing of agriculture, and the effect turns out to be quiet notable. This pattern has a particular strong promoting value in Yuhang even in Hangzhou, but during the process of constructing the park there exits some inevitable inadequacies.This paper takes provincial modern agricultural park of Huanghu as an example, and researches on both theoretical and practical aspects referring to the previous results. The paper analyses the essential situations of Huanghu"s modern agricultural park, and the construction process, development of leading project based on full and accurate data and relevant information, at the meantime, it also summarizes the problems existing in the development of the park which includes fragile infrastructure, deficient relevant supporting facilities, low level of the agricultural industrialization and inadequate innovating ability in science, etc. At the end of the article, guided by theories of agricultural economy and others, and combined with the developing practice of Huanghu’s modern agricultural park, it proposes suggestions and countermeasures on adhering the planning guidance, optimizing the supporting policies of constructing the agricultural park, strengthening the safeguard measures of construction, implementing the modern management mechanism with high efficiency, completing the agricultural technique extension system of agricultural park, establishing effective human resources utilizing and incentive mechanism, and performing sale work of agricultural products.
