The Reseach Of Promoting Modern Agriculture Development Problems Based On "Internet Plus" In Henan Province

To promote the development of agricultural modernization is an important stage of the agricultural development of our country,as well as an important strategic goal of the "13th Five-Year" planning.At present,the mode of production which is combined the Internet technology with other industries is gradually popularized by the government,and the development of "Internet +" modern agriculture is the most prominent.Based on the background of "Internet +" action plan,the author analyze the existing problems and causes of modern agricultural development in Henan and then provide theoretical support and countermeasures in order to promote the process of modern agricultural development.This paper starts from the concept of "Internet +" of modern agriculture,combined with the actual situation of Henan Province,based on Internet technology support,Integrating information technology with traditional agriculture,information technology and traditional agriculture are integrated,using agricultural data as technical reference,providing the system development direction of the standardization and scale of agricultural production.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction,mainly introduces the topic basis,purpose and significance of development of "Internet +" modern agriculture,elaborated research status of this subject at home and abroad and the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second part is the related concept and the basic theory of "Internet +" modern agriculture.In this part,the author mainly explained the concept and development source of "Internet +",and described the connotation of " Internet +" modern agriculture,and the effect on the development of modern agriculture.The third part is the meaning of developing the "Internet +" modern agriculture in Henan province.The current situation of the development of "Internet +" of modern agriculture in Henan province is mainly described in the fourth part.This part mainly introduces the development of modern agriculture in Henan province has achieved and explains the advantages of promoting the development of modern agriculture under background of the "Internet +".The fifth part is analyses the problems and cause of development of "Internet +" modern agriculture in Henan.According to the current status of the development of modern agriculture in Henan Province,relying on Internet technology to find the problem from the aspects of farmers’ network consciousness,the network infrastructure,the small scale of production problems,and to analyze of the causes.The sixth part is to find solutions to the problems of the fifth part.The purpose of this paper is mainly based on the "Internet +" plan action background,combined with the current development situation of Henan Province,analyze the problems and put forward the method of supporting the development direction and policy for Henan province to promote the development of "Internet +" modern agriculture,and to provide suggestions for the development of Henan province from a big agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.
