The overacted statement like the country with most population is fed up with the most exotic food in the world reflects how serious about our Chinese food safety. Just as the saying a cup of milk can strengthen a nation also reflects the important role that dairy plays in livelihood projects. Since the 2008 "melamine" incident, the government, enterprises and consumers have become increasingly concerned about the safety of dairy products. Simultaneously, the situation that importing dairy increasingly occupies market makes people worry about the domestic enterprises further development, in account of the close-knit relationship between domestic dairy and livelihood projects.The incumbent government regards livelihood projects as a crucial mission, resulting in bringing up many policies and regulations to guide dairy production and guarantee dairy quality and safety. Thus, dairy enterprises are in deep pressure about quality censoring. To solve the problem, many enterprises chose to invest more, leading to the production cost raising and the former limited profit space again get lost in the Sustainable Development Way. One side, they have to balance the dairy quality and safety and do in favor of further development of domestic dairy. Another side, taking purchasing power of consumers into consideration and how to comprehensively balance all these requests is the intension in the essay.In the structure of the essay, the first part comes to focus on the pressure that dairy enterprises stand under the livelihood projects and disclose the profit model is destined to gigantic transferred. The dilemma when more capitals being invested to improve the product quality there are two methods to ask for compensation back. Firstly, enterprises could further explore cost potential and try self digestion. Secondly, good quality sells with higher price, in case of that to increase the price. However, as the essay displays, the space of self digestion has been limited currently, the major method should be better quality with higher price. This the the object requirement of market discipline for we, as a developing country, still stay in a medium consuming standard. In the average low standard there still exists a large amount of strong purchasing group. On condition of all above, it constructs a foundation about reality feasibility to suppose the stratification of products’ value adding in profit model for dairy industry.The whole structure contains as below. Primarily, the influence that livelihood projects has on enterprises, in raising of the radical transfer about profit model. Then, to seek out the foothold by related theories and researches. Thirdly, to describe it is obliged to use stratification of products’ value adding model for enterprise further development. Fourthly, the feasibility for consumers to accept the model. Fifthly, to introduce the method for enterprise to take the model into reality. Sixthly, by using the actual cases to analyze the how reasonable of this model. Eventually, briefly review the main conclusion and stratification of products’ value adding.The core conclusions in essay are as following. First, stratification of products’value adding is the radical method for a dairy enterprise to search for sustainable development in the livelihood products background. Second, stratification of products’ value adding has been capable of feasibility in current domestic market. Third, there have successful cases to prove the stratification of products’ value adding can both indeed improve the quality and do favor of industry healthy development.In conclusion, the essay comes to believe the stratification of products’value adding has promoting and applying value in products and market diversification.
