At present. Improvement of Internet technology and popularity of mobile terminals endow communications operators, the service industry, with endless room of development. As chief labor and driving force, new generation of employees signal youthfulness, personality, innovation and wisdom. At the same time, however, their emotions have been negatively influenced with such questions like easy emotional fluctuation, lack of maturity and weak resistance against pressure. To accentuate the positive, study on the emotional management of the new generation of employees is quite necessary and will mean significantly for the operators as well as the employees.Abundance of researches made home and abroad furnishes practical theories and methods to this study of staff emotional management. Emotional management is new to Chinese enterprises and its study, especially the study on a particular field or a particular group lacks breadth as new generation of employees is rarely mentioned. Some research results do not apply to Chinese enterprises. Therefore, new generation of employees emotional management can arouse intellectual interest of more scholars and executives, add fresh elements to human resources management. The young can also be guided to increase emotional management capacity with proper appreciation of their emotions, happy and effective. Third, corporations can manage better when they realize the importance of new generation of employees emotional management as a vital non-production factor, enforce or perfect relevant management systems, and take effective measures to give full play of young staff’s energy and enthusiasm.Last but not least, the enrichment of human resources urges a system to motivate creative employees and provides practical guidance for innovative talent management of corporations, and strive to build the enterprise employee emotional management mechanism.Methods of questionnaire, interview and examination are applied to analyze the new generation of employees in CZ Mobile Company and the current situation of its staff emotional management. The research investigates the personalities and job characteristics of the new generation employees, explores the factors that influence their emotions, finds out the problems in staff management and their roots. Based on the analysis, the paper, from the perspective of self-emotion management, makes suggestions on how to perceive one’s mindset, how to deal with negative mood and play active, how to improve emotional management capacity and emotion control. From the perspective of the management, the paper suggests that the executives better off their management philosophies, regulate and improve their ability of emotional management, initiate new ways to help employees remove bad emotions. From the perspective f the organization, the paper thinks that good staff emotional management can be achieved through the creation of an atmosphere of emotion culture, the formation of a mechanism of staff emotional management, the perfection of a system of related management regulations.The paper consists of five chapters.Chapter One serves an introduction, briefing the research backgrounds, research aims and significance, literature review, research methods and breakthroughs. Chapter Two introduces mainly the relevant theories on emotional management. Chapter Three analyzes the status quo, the problems and causes, new generation of employees management in CZ Mobile Company. Countermeasures to young staff emotional management from three perspectives are put forward in Chapter Four. Chapter Five is the conclusion.Some shortcomings still exist in the research due to the limits of resources, time and the writer’s knowledge. But it is hoped to provide beneficial reference for new generation of employees, the management and the enterprises, to do some help for CZ Mobile Company in its building of a new, happy and harmonious work relations.
