At present, the new generation of employees has become the main force in the workplace and was born in the 90s has just entered the working time is not long, people born in the 1970s and 1980s like changed jobs frequently. In the future they will become important support strength.However, due to its unique behavior way and the idea of the new generation of employees, while facing such ever-changing background, the organization’s management how to cultivate new generation of employees, improve organizational efficiency, has become an important task for each of the management. At the same time, the study of emotional intelligence has set off another climax at home and abroad, not only the rapid development of human resources research field, but also the focus of attention of scholars in the field of psychology.In the theory and practice of the common function, people pay more attention to the effective use of talent, talent in the right position to play its greatest creativity, to bring new ideas and new methods.Emotional intelligence can reflect the new generation of employees in the organization to solve problems of practical ability, the staff was able to through the assessment of emotional self and others emotion, effective control of their emotions and use information to promote their own behavior.Emotional intelligence theory developed rapidly in foreign countries, the theoretical model is also very complete, in recent years, domestic scholars have gradually begun to pay attention to emotional intelligence research, and it is applied to enterprise management.At the same time, the innovation behavior as a kind of organizational citizenship behavior is very important to the organization development, the different level of emotional intelligence will affect the innovation behavior. Organizational self-esteem is an affirmation of their own behavior, and may play an important role in emotional intelligence and innovative behavior.Domestic and foreign scholars have made some research on emotional intelligence and innovative behavior. The results show that there is a certain effect, but there is not much research on the new generation employees.The emotional intelligence and innovation behavior of the new generation of employees as the research background, the influence mechanism between the focus on emotional intelligence、organizational self-esteem and innovation behavior and analysis of emotional intelligence (self emotional appraisal, others emotion appraisal, making use of emotion, emotional control) how the organizational self-esteem of innovation behavior influence.In the context of the new generation employees, this article through the establishment of the new generation of employee emotional intelligence and innovative behavior model, and to explore the intermediary of organizational self-esteem.The sample data obtained by the investigation of the new generation of employees, and the SPSS statistics software to sample processing, in order to validate the feasibility of the proposed new employee on behalf of the emotional intelligence of the relationship between the innovation behavior. The conclusions of this paper include:(1) the emotional intelligence of the new generation employees can have a direct impact on innovative behavior, and organizational self-esteem can play a partial mediating role between the two.(2) The four dimensions of emotional intelligence (self emotional appraisal, others emotion appraisal, making use of emotion, emotional control) have a direct impact on innovative behavior, and organizational self-esteem plays a partial mediating role between the four dimensions of emotional intelligence (self emotional appraisal, others emotion appraisal, making use of emotion, emotional control) and innovative behavior.The research content of this paper around the new generation of employees, innovation behavior and other hot issues, concerned about the new generation of staff development and management, further expansion of the new generation of staff management and innovation behavior in the field of theoretical research, for the new employees in enterprises in selecting, training and management provide new test, put forward some suggestions for the work of human resources management.
