Research On The Supervision Of Production Safety And Improve The Industrial Enterprises In China

With the rapid development of economy, our country’s industrial enterprises have gotten the comprehensive development. Industrial enterprises have made a bigger contribution to the society, at the same time, they also face a serious security situation. A small problem in the work may lead to a certain number of casualties and financial losses that happens in the industrial enterprises with greater danger in particular. Therefore, what the important issue that our government faces is how to strengthen safety supervision on enterprise to reduce the number of all kinds of accidents effectively. The paper takes the supervision practice of safety production of industrial enterprises in the New district of Wuxi as an example to analyze the safety supervision mode of industrial enterprises comprehensively and discuss problems to put forward countermeasures by preventing safety accidents in industrial enterprises as key point with the hope of providing some experience and reference for reducing the social public crisis events to promote the sustained, healthy and rapid development of industrial enterprises.The full-text consists of five chapters and the paper introduces the background and the significance of the topic firstly, and then it conducts the economic analysis of safety supervision to provide theoretical basis for safety regulation through accident-causing theory from the angle of the transaction expenses and the public choice theory in institutional economics. Based on theoretical analysis, the paper will extend the content by combining with the present situation and the existing problems in the management of safety production in our country to construct the static game model among central government, local government, enterprise, worker and nonprofit organizations and other benefit clusters in the process of supervision on safety production, observe the Nash equilibrium of mixed strategy among various stakeholders and analyze the equilibrium model to provide a reference for the subsequent policy suggestions. Then, the paper takes the accident intervention study in a development zone as an example to do the analysis, summarizes the main experience and trouble in carrying out the systematic safety production supervision by combining with the current situation of the development zone and the main problems in the process of safety production management and puts forward the countermeasure of building the security management mechanism by taking government as the main body to adjust and improve Laws on Safety Production of our country and exert social force of government, nonprofit organizations, enterprises, employees and so on so as to constantly improve the safety production supervision of industrial enterprises.
