Land reclamation plays a significant role in protecting the ecological environment along the pipeline. Hence, it is the necessary approach to achieve sustainable utilization of land resources. Nevertheless, Thanks to lacking of studies on calculating and comparing the values of land reclamation ecological benefitss in different regions and with diverse types of projects leads to the disadvantage of analyzing the similarity and difference in the reasons of affecting the values of ecological benefitss in reclamation areas. However, due to the pipelines owns a long span and extendedly influenced scope as well as pass through amounts of administration’s regions with diversely environmental and economic conditions and have different constructional measures give rise to the consequence’s discrepancy of land reclamation along the pipeline to the ecosystem in different regions, scientifically choosing the methods to calculating the ecological service’s value after land reclamation by excluding the influence of human’s subjective willing to pay is a ideal approach to improve the quality of land reclamation.This paper combined the method of emergy with the theory of eecological benefits and selected the data of this paper’s case study belong to the land reclamation Engineering of crude oil pipeline from Lanzhou-Chengdu (Sichuan part) and the actual investigation in project’s area, which built a valuable appraisal system of ecological benefits in those land reclamation projects, Meanwhile, transforming the diversities of ecological service’value in those reclamation areas to EMS and analyzing the indices by index system of the emergy evaluation of ecological benefitss, It helps to quantitatively evaluate the value of ecological benefits and the developmental level in project’s areas after conducting the land reclamation.The results indicated:(1) The total input emergy amounts of ecological benefits are 3.93E+18sej(Chengdu part is 2.29E+17sej,Deyang part is5.72E+17sej,Mianyang part is 1.64E+18sej,Guangyuan part is 1.49E+18sej);As for the various inputs of projects, The renewable environmental resources inputs are 4.07E+17sej(Chengdu part is 7.19E+15sej,Deyang part is 4.70E+16sej,Mianyang part is 2.89E+16sej,Guangyuan part is1.69E+16sej); The nonrenewable environmental resources inputs are 5.40E+16sej(Chengdu part is 8.26E+14sej,Deyang part is 7.46E+15sej,Mianyang part is 2.89E+16sej,Guangyuan part is 1.69E+16sej);The Nonrenewable industrial resourses are 3.23E+18sej(Chengdu part is 2.09E+17sej,Deyang part is 4.84E+I7sej,Mianyang part isl.36E+18sej,Guangyuan part isl.17E+18sej); The renewable organic resources are 2.45E+17sej(Chengdu part is 1.15E+16sej,Deyang part is 4.3.40E+16sej,Mianyang part is1.03E+17sej,Guangyuan part is9.57E+16sej)and total input EM$ in reclamation areas are 9.66E+05 EM$;(Chengdu part is 5.61E+04 EM$,Deyang part is 1.41E+05EM$,Mianyang part is4.04E+05EM$,Guangyuan part is3.66E+05EM$;The input of unit area are8.74E+15sej/km2,convert to EM$ is2.15E+03EM$/km2; The Deyangpart(4.97E+14sej/km2)<Guangyuanpart(1.72E+15sej/km2)< Chengdu part (3.71E+15sej/km2)<Mianyang part (5.04E+16sej/km2);(2) The total output emergy amounts of ecological benefits and total EM$ in reclamation areas are 6.03E+19sej and 1.48E+07EM$,which is equivalent to3.29E+4EM$/hm2 and 1.34E+17sej/hm2; (Chengdu part is 1.09E+18sej,Deyang part is 6.31E+18sej,Mianyang part is2.47E+19sej,Guangyuan part is2.81E+19sej); The rank of unit area emergy output amounts of ecological benefits among reclamation regions isChengdu part(1.43E+17sej/km2)>Guangyuan part (1.38E+17sej/km2)>Deyang part (1.31E+17sej/km2)>Mianyang part (1.29E+17sej/km2)(3) The index EYR and EISD have relatively high number shows that the ideal benefits owned in project’s areas and achieved more extendedly developmental potency. Meanwhile, EIR and ELR lie in a relative high level leads to more environmental pressure after land reclamation and goes against to the sustainable development of system. As for the various reclamation regions, The EIR and ELR of Guangyuan part are less than the total system’s, However, The EYR and EISD are higher than the total system’s and other parts.The EIR of Chengdu part and Deyang part is absolutely high leads to a high Pressure for Environment and the EYR and EISD of Chengdu and Deyang part are less than the total system’s and other parts(4) The case study proved that combining the method of emergy with the theory of eecological benefits obtained the ability to reflect the true ecological benefitss value of evaluation objects.what’s more, it embodied the difference inward the reclamation projects of pipeline engineering in contrast with the benefits of different project’s regions.The innovation of this paper lied in transforming the value of ecological benefitss to an objective criterion- Emdollar Value by the Emergy Transformity, which solved the problem that lacking of unique standards, Meanwhile, This paper Calculated the beneficial and negative benefits.Moreover, by analysing the similarity and difference of the ecological service’s values in disparate regions is another bright spot of this paper...
