At present, China’s economic development is in a transitional period, the transformation of economic development mode will inevitably bring about the transformation of enterprise production and development, the competition between enterprises and enterprises is growing, but in the era of knowledge explosion, the competition among enterprises is the competition between talents. So the enterprise should keep the outstanding talented person, this is the enterprise human resources management department to pay close attention to the problem, especially in the enterprise talented person flow is more frequently. MX coal enterprise staff turnover is more serious, especially in recent years, the brain drain is more obvious, and the brain drain tends to be younger, some of the higher education, high skills of staff turnover is more serious. The loss of talent has increased the cost of human resources; the negative impact on the employees, the low morale, the efficiency is not high, the image of the enterprise has a bad influence, leading to the enterprise in the talent recruitment and attract talent to be a great impact. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the loss of the MX coal enterprise staff, and to study the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, retain talent, attract external talents.On the basis of analyzing the existing theories and models of talent loss, this paper analyzes the current status of human resources in MX coal enterprises from four aspects:the overall situation of enterprise, enterprise human resources management status, enterprise human resource management and enterprise talent loss. This paper analyzes the main factors of MX coal enterprise talent loss from three aspects:environmental variables, structural variables and subject variables based on the MX coal enterprise MX. Finally, from the establishment of competitive compensation system, based on the performance evaluation of employee promotion mechanism, improve staff training, play a role in corporate culture, four aspects of the proposed brain drain countermeasures.
