Talent is the fundamental enterprise, talent is the enterprise development "thecore", the premise of enterprise existence and development condition that have a largenumber of talents. At the same time, the brain drain problem also brings considerableharm to the enterprise, greatly influenced the development of enterprises.Brain drain phenomenon is studied in this paper, the discussion, in reference tobrain drain on the basis of the research literature at home and abroad, to our countrydifferent nature, different industries, different regions and different scale enterprisebrain drain the characteristic are analyzed; Small and medium-sized enterprise braindrain theory model is put forward; Design questionnaire according to the Richter scale,distribution, collection and sorting and statistical investigation questionnaire; Usingthe SPSS17.0treatment data, reliability analysis and validity of test results; Structuralequation model analysis using LISREL8.7software, the calculation of variousinfluence factors and the path coefficient of brain drain, based on the analysis of thepath in the obtained the weight coefficient of various factors, find out the main factorsinfluencing the enterprise brain drain and the secondary factors, positive influencefactors and the factors influencing the reaction, according to enterprise’s actualsituation, further concluded that the main problem of brain drain; Finally aiming atabove problems found in control brain drain countermeasures and Suggestions are putforward.
