The development of economy depends on the promotion of industry; service industry is the pillar of the third industry in the traditional industries, but also an indispensable part of the new industry. The status of the tourism industry is becoming increasingly important, and the tourism industry is developing rapidly. In recent years, the development of local tourism companies have their forward-looking and intelligent, which have increased their share in this market, so that the tourism market supply is greater than demand. Therefore, in order to be based on the market, the company’s human resources have played a pivotal role in the human resources. L Company was established in 1998, it has a wholly owned subsidiary, the company shares and the holding company of more than 24. With strong technology and talent advantages. In the process of rapid development of the company, the compensation management plays an important role. But in the last few years, the enterprise’s compensation system has been unable to meet the needs of market competition through the reflection of internal staff and external market test. Reform and re establishment of a more suitable for enterprise development of the remuneration system is imminent, but also the only way for enterprises to achieve high profits.Based on L company headquarters as the research object, this paper combined with the researches of the predecessors, mainly analyzes the present situation of the company’s current compensation system and the existing shortcomings and defects, and then to the current pay system optimization design scheme of L company headquarters:through the market investigation and analysis and evaluation, made for L company currently employees job description, the period of on the basis of the established post evaluation table and new progress review, to L company headquarters staff salary has made a more detailed implementation rules, and the scheme is evaluated, to ensure the smooth implementation of the new compensation system, also puts forward the protection measures of implementing compensation optimization scheme.Through the improvement of L Company’s compensation system, the new accord with the current development of L Company and the improvement plan of the staff that can make the L Company better to achieve the absorption and retention of key personnel. The same scheme is also applicable to other relevant state enterprises’ compensation system design, can be a reference for other companies’ compensation system design.
