In the development of enterprises,the performance evaluation system has a guiding role,is an important tool for the implementation of business strategy.This guiding role of good play,not only conducive to the objective and correct evaluation of business performance,but also conducive to the long-term and healthy development of enterprises.ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.to seize the good opportunities for the development of the construction industry,innovative market layout,enhance the company's economic quality and total.This requires ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.should pay more attention to improve the overall performance of the organization effective way to strengthen the performance evaluation in the enterprise management of the guidance and effectiveness.Starting from the theory of performance appraisal,adopt the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the ZONGHAI Engineering Co.Ltd.based on the internal and external environment,the design optimization scheme for the performance appraisal of the.First,to investigate the status quo of the assessment of ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Company Limited performance,access to relevant data and systematic analysis of the organization are summarized and the existing performance evaluation methods;secondly,the existence of ZONGHAI Construction Co.Ltd.,summarizes the problems and reasons of merging,and analyze the problems from the two aspects of internal and external existence;furthermore,the calculation scheme of five aspects of performance appraisal scheme of ZONGHAI Engineering Company Limited to optimize the design from the performance appraisal of the basic principle and purpose of performance appraisal,design the general idea,the company level performance evaluation index,design department and main performance evaluation index design,performance appraisal scores.Finally,the paper studies the safeguard measures,the application of the evaluation results,the feedback and improvement of the performance evaluation system of ZONGH AI construction engineering co..The main conclusions of the study are:(1)there are 3 problems in the current performance appraisal system of ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,such as:fuzzy cycle of the system,unscientific evaluation index,lack of feedback mechanism of evaluation results and so on.ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.needs to establish a set of performance evaluation program that can achieve the win-win situation between the organization and employees,and is conducive to the company to establish a lasting competitive advantage.(2)ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.performance evaluation program should be designed to completely abandon the original performance appraisal unreasonable place,to avoid the current problems existing in the performance appraisal again.Therefore,the performance evaluation of strategic planning optimization plan to have the following several aspects:first,to establish the performance appraisal system and the policy of opening up and scientific,to ensure the results of performance appraisal fairness and justice;second,the implementation of target management responsibility system;third,the examination results as a measure of management,team building and staff training,promotion and performance the basis of the salary management.(3)ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.performance appraisal should be classified from the company,department and position of the three levels of assessment.The performance evaluation at the company level should follow the principles of strategy and win-win,and the performance evaluation of the Department and the main posts should follow the basic principles of measurement,openness,simplicity and development.(4)ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.performance appraisal optimization program design needs to have some security measures and the application of the assessment results.First of all,the implementation of the performance appraisal must have some guarantee measures,such measures include publicity and training of performance appraisal system in the whole company,intended to allow all employees of the company for the full understanding and recognition;secondly,is how to implement the new performance appraisal system,which involves system security,to ensure the smooth implementation of.Finally,the results of the performance appraisal system can be applied in the development of performance improvement plans,the development of training programs,salary adjustment,job level adjustment and departmental rating and improvement.From the perspective of sustainable development of enterprises,there is no best performance appraisal system,only the most suitable for the situation of the enterprise and the development stage of the performance appraisal system.In this paper,the design of a suitable for their own situation and more scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system of ZONGHAI Engineering Company Limited,promotion,performance appraisal of ZONGHAI Construction Engineering Co.Ltd.to solve the certain significance in the aspects of the existing problems,but also provide a reference for other similar construction company's performance appraisal.
