As the basic cell of the national economy, small and micro enterprises is always an important force to promote the sustained development of the national economy. In recent years, the development of small and micro enterprises has been from the central to local governments and the community’s positive attention and support. As a local city commercial banks, the development of small and micro enterprise loan business, not only in response to the government’s call, but also to achieve its own strategic choice for sustainable development. In the development of small and micro enterprise loan business, how to combine their own resources with the challenge of the financial institutions and non-financial institutions, to maintain the existing market, and to develop new markets, the application of marketing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the bank’s strategic protection.In this paper on the theory of marketing as the breakthrough point, to Ningxia bank loans to small and micro enterprises marketing as the research object by of 4P and 4C theory, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, such as a series of marketing theory tool use, environmental marketing strategy analysis of the macro environment, market capacity, industry environment, the internal environment, design in line with the actual business development bank of Ningxia’s marketing strategy, including meet customer requirements, reduce customer costs, provide convenience for customers, strengthen communication with customers. And from the organization structure optimization, risk control, human resources management and scientific and technological support, and put forward the effective measures to ensure the implementation of.According to the marketing theory, the paper made a comprehensive and detailed marketing strategy for small and micro enterprises in Ningxia bank. It can provide some marketing guidance for the development of small and micro enterprises in Ningxia bank.
