An Empirical Analysis Of The Interactive Relationship Between Textile Industry Cluster And New Urbanization In Alar City

Industrial cluster is the inevitable outcome after the industrialization in the market economy. It is a new form of industrial organization, which can effectively promote the growth of regional economy. In recent years, the industrial cluster has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. As a new form of industrial organization, industrial cluster can effectively promote the stable and coordinated development of China’s economy and the improvement of regional economic development and regional competitiveness. China’s textile industrial clusters although very early to get the attention of the theorists and the government, but study on the industrial cluster mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal developed areas, with the adjustment of the layout of our country’s textile industry, the Midwest and other less developed areas of textile industry continue to develop, textile industry gradually become the leading industry in the first division alar in Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, through to other industries multiplier and driving effect, the development of local economy in the longer period plays a supporting role.This article uses a combination method of theoretical and empirical, in Alar City textile industry cluster and new towns of interactive development conducted a comprehensive study, to both practice are explored. First of all, the paper studies the theory of textile industry cluster and new urbanization, and discusses the interaction mechanism between them. Then the alar city textile industry cluster status were studied from the aspects of population urbanization, economic urbanization, residents quality of life,ecological environmental protection, infrastructure construction, urban and rural development and on the level of new urbanization in Alar City to construct the evaluation model, with the inspection after the alar city textile industry cluster and new urbanization between the two interaction.Paper through the cointegration test and Granger causality test, that in a long time, the alar city textile industry cluster development and the construction of new towns with significant interaction between, the textile industry cluster development of the construction of new towns in Alar City to promote the intensity is greater than the construction of the new town of textile industry cluster driven. However, due to theconstruction of new urbanization and the development of textile industry clusters are not overnight, there is a certain lag effect, so in the short term, the development of the textile industry cluster has no significant effect on the improvement of the new urbanization rate, and the improvement of the new urbanization rate has no significant effect on the improvement of the level of the textile industry cluster.
