Along with economic development and consumption level improving, consumers’ demand of cold chain products, such as fresh agricultural products become larger and larger. This brings city cold-chain logistics great opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, in the process of city cold chain logistics distribution, the capacity of meet consumers’stochastic demand and delivery time window is key indicators of cold chain logistics service level. On the other hand, because of the perishability of cold chain products, it is difficult to avoid damage of the goods in production and circulation phase. Based on the actual city road traffic conditions, how to shorten the delivery time, reduce loss and keep the quality of cold chain products, ensure consumers’demand for cold chain product quality and safety, is an important problem that realizing the distribution cost minimization need to solve.Based on the above analysis, this paper solves the city distributing optimization problem faced by cold chain logistic through setting up cold-chain city logistics distributing optimization model with stochastic demand. First of all, through a large number of literature reading and the status quo of research both domestic and overseas, analyze and expound cold chain logistics and city logistics basic theory; Then on the basis of theory, analyze city cold chain logistic distributing optimization. Through analyzing the process, main body, node, and business of city cold chain products logistics distribution, combined with city cold chain product logistics distribution situation and existing problems, analyze the main factors optimization of city cold chain logistic, including customers’stochastic demand and time window, trip time based on actual traffic network, cargo damage among driving and unloading process and refrigeration; then put forward the city cold-chain products logistics distributing optimization model with stochastic demand. Set in the actual traffic network, fully cold-chain distribution costs includes the cost of fixed costs, running costs, refrigeration, damage cost, punishment cost and shortage cost; Finally, choose genetic algorithm for solution of the model, and the Q group city dairy distribution as an example, proves the science and feasibility of the model and algorithm in this paper.
