With the agricultural structure in our country has been improved day by day,and the purchasing power of residents has also been greatly raised.The quality control of agricultural products has been stricter.In recent years,China has always advocated the"first kilometer" and "last kilometer" cold chain transportation.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the urban agricultural cold-chain logistics.In general,temperature and time are the focus of our attention,and therefore require advanced science and technology as the basis for raising the temperature control technology.City cold chain distribution we need to pay attention to two points.On the one hand,we need to know that an important indicator of the level of logistics service testing is:Whether it has the ability to deal with random needs of customers and how to deal with the time window effectively;On the other hand,perishable cold chain products have a strong sensitivity to the time,it is easy to produce the goods damage cost during transportation.Therefore,based on the actual situation of urban traffic congestion.How to shorten the delivery time,reduce cargo damage costs and out-of-stock costs,improve customer satisfaction.Is the key to study the issues of distribution optimization.This article considers the distribution center fixed costs.Also take into account the operating environment/infrastructure,market environment and other factors.Established a multitude objective cold chain logistics of city agricultural distribution center location and find out the target weight;According to the retailer's random demand and limit the time window,the cost of vehicles punishment cost with time windows,damage cost and shortage cost under stochastic demand.Cold chain distribution route optimization model is established.Application of bi-level programming ideas.Composition distribution location and path optimization of two layers of mould.It restricts mutually influence each other.The last,choose genetic algorithm for solving.Make the whole goal optimal validated by example analysis.In this paper,the main contributions are:(1)agricultural products distribution center location model is established,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to solve the target weight;(2)fully considering the stochastic demand of the retailers and limit the time window,road congestion effects on logistics,the cold chain logistic path of urban agricultural optimization model is established;(3)building under random demand cold chain logistics of urban agricultural distribution location with time window and bi-level programming model of route optimization;(4)choose genetic algorithm to solve the model,validated by example,using MATLAB software to solve the best result is obtained.
