The Research On Risk Management Of Warehouse Pledged Business Of Logistics Company

The warehouse receipt pledge business,in simple terms,refers to the owner of the goods to store the goods in the warehouse of the logistics company,and then use the warehouse issued by the logistics company to apply for loans to financial institutions such as banks.Banks and other financial institutions provide a certain percentage of loans to the owner of the goods based on the value of the goods,and require the logistics company to supervise the mode of goods on behalf of the goods.The emergence of this new financing model can not only alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs,but also ensure the safety of bank loans to a large extent.At the same time,it can also expand the logistics company’s service model,increase the profit point,can be said to win more.However,it is undeniable that the warehouse receipt pledge brings benefits to all participants,and many potential risks can not be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to assess and control the business risks of warehouse receipt pledge.Based on the research and arrangement of related documents,this paper first analyzes the development status of warehouse receipt pledge business in China,puts forward the main problems facing warehouse receipt pledge business in China,and expounds the risk management theory.Then,taking Ningbo port international logistics company as an example,this paper analyzes the development,operation mode and risk status of warehouse receipt pledge business of the company.On this basis,the author puts forward the relevant risk factors of warehouse receipt pledge business of warehouse logistics company.And the qualitative analysis of each risk factor is carried out.Then,using expert evaluation method and reliability analysis method,the author selects the relevant risk factors,constructs the risk assessment index system of logistics company,calculates the weight of each risk assessment index through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and analyzes the results of each risk index weight.Finally,according to the analysis results,from the risk of the pledged items,financing enterprise risk,warehouse receipt risk,enterprise internal risk,external environmental risk and other five aspects,the company put forward risk prevention suggestions for warehouse logistics company to carry out warehouse receipt pledge business.
