It is well know that different countries, different ethnic groups have different cultural origin. With theworld economic integration and regional economic collectivization deepen ceaselessly, more and moreChinese enterprises began to do multinational operation in the global scope, and with different culturalbackground of customers, suppliers, partners, employees and the governments. Enterprises that acrossingthe national boundaries, national, the culture, engaged in transnational operation, for cultural differences,inevitable existies friction and cultural collisionin the customs way of life, value orientation, behaviorcriterion, and different culture. Culture management has the double effect on the multinational corporationmanagement, it can become he driving force of the multinational corporation management also can becomeof the resistance force. Cultural differences influence the effectiveness of management in Multinationalcompanies has become one of the key factors of success or failure.Therefore, in the internationalizationprocess, how to deal with these cultural differences correct understanding of cultural differences, andfind out the suitable for different areas and cultural differences of cross-cultural management mode to makeChinese enterprises to obtain various funds, technology, information and talent resources at the same time,the enhancement of international market competitiveness,has become China’s enterprises to deal with thecultural conflicts and cross-cultural management the key to the problem. This requests us to has thoroughresearch on enterprise multinational operation of different countries cross-cultural management problemsand influence factors and cross-cultural management mode, based on the comparison of different patternsto choose the best of cross-cultural management pattern, to make full use of cross-cultural advantage andovercome the cultural conflict, avoid the cultural differences and appear economic losses.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the study of cross-cultural management, reveals thecross-cultural management at home and abroad research experience cross-cultural management defined thedefinition, cross-cultural management pattern, and the evolutionary process. Then from the cross-culturalintroduction to the theory of western, this paper analyzes the features of enterprise culture, the Chineseenterprise culture trait, through to the Chinese and foreign cultural environment of the dynamic and staticanalysis, find out the Chinese and foreign cultural differences, followed by the analysis of the Chineseenterprise multinational operation of cross-cultural management history and the present situation.
