XF Energy Company is the subsidiary level three units of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, which mainly engaged in Liquefied Petroleum Gas marketing. At present, Liquefied Petroleum Gas industry has been transformed gradually from the original state-owned monopoly into market-oriented operation. With the two domestic oil giants Petro China, Sinopec expanding Liquefied Petroleum Gas market share, private refineries enter and snatch Liquefied Petroleum Gas market, alternative energy such as natural gas, dimethyl ether, solar market expansion and so on, which all causing XF Energy Company’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas market share squeeze gradually. It is not only cause profits declined severely and hard to survival for XF Energy Company, but also difficult to continue making marketing strategy.It is the urgent problem that change the present marketing situation of XF Energy Company, which is the main focus contents of this paper. It is a prerequisite for sustainable development of XF Energy Company through changing the single business model, adjusting the development ideas and optimizing the management system by making a scientific plan for improve XF Energy Company marketing strategy. Combined with the current marketing environment, adjusting XF Energy Company marketing strategy meet the needs of Liquefied Petroleum Gas market future trends and the development applications, which could make XF Energy Company in the industry with an invincible position.In this paper, XF Energy Company as the research object, using the marketing theory as a basis for analysis. By using theoretical foundation of PEST, "Five forces Model" to comprehensive analysis Liquefied Petroleum Gas marketing environmental. According to XF Energy Company present marketing situation of product, price, place and promotion, analysis XF Energy Company problems of marketing strategy. Then in view of the above problems and put forward a series of improvement plan, such as improving product quality, establish a reasonable pricing mechanism, expanding marketing channels and advertising. Meanwhile, this paper also emphasize that XF Energy Company need to take some measures for ensure implementing the marketing strategies improvement plan smoothly. If following the plan to improve the XF Energy Company’s marketing strategy, desired effect could be increase the market share, improve the company operation profit and realize the company strategy development goals.It make a contribution to XF Energy Company for improve marketing strategy by the research and analysis in this paper. At the same time, this paper can also provide other same type companies reference and help which in this industry.
