Calculate The Expected Quality Of Life Indexes Under The Background Of Citizenship

"The pursuit of high income, the quality of life," is the target of young people now. "Migrant workers" is the main reason for rural residents to enter in the city.After the traditional older workers gradually withdraw from the ranks of migrant workers, at this stage the main army of migrant workers-generation of migrant workers became active. They use their unique way into the city, to adapt to city life. Based on extensive research shows that "Citizenship" of the desire after 1980 is a powerful new generation of migrant workers.Early study abroad population flow was using "Todaro model", but because of the special nature of our "household registration system" formed by the new generation of migrant workers, early Todaro’s "expected income gap" cannot fully explain our unique population metastasis. Based on Todaro model amendment, we proposed the notion "expected quality of life", to explain the factors of a new generation migrant workers to enter in city. The analysis concluded that the new generation of migrant workers are not only concerned with mere monetary profit level, more attention to non-monetary benefits as well as the pursuit of more psychological and spiritual satisfaction. The article use the modified Todaro model to analysis the factors expected the quality of life index rate, form three aspects:time-series, cross-sectional analysis and spatial panel. From the perspective of time series, we estimates the country’s 1995 to 2012 annual quality of life index to migrant workers and from the perspective of a cross-sectional, we estimates the Quality of Life Index of 30 provinces nationwide in 2012. From the country’s the Quality of Life Index in eighteen years, shows that Chinese quality of life index of migrant workers is expected to rise year after year.The growth trends and Chinese urbanization rate is substantially the same; From the results seen in the provinces in 2012, migrant workers in the eastern the expected quality of life index in the region is declining, the city in the Midwest increased year by year, and continue to move closer to the eastern part of the level. And the use of simple linear regression to simulate the expected relationship between the quality of life index ratio between the public, the results showed that they have the significant positive correlation. Finally, the article analyzes the influencing factors on the public using the panel data form 2001 to 2012 in 28 provinces.We introduced the introduction of the second and tertiary industries and the consumer price index to build the panel regression model based on the expected quality of life index. The result shows that the second and third industry proportion, quality of life index is expected to have a positive rate of people pulling effect, the consumer price index rate of people have reverse inhibition.
