The Case Study Of Deyang Economic & Technological Development Area’s Public Service System Construction

Development zone as the resident agencies of local government, no matter in economic management and administrative management, there are different from general to the particularity of the government organization, it is an indicator of the economic development of our country, it should be carried forward in the wave of administrative reform, intensify the building of a service-oriented government, in the internationalization and modernization of public justice of public service management to purify the environment, to attract investment.According to the theory of new public management and government process reengineering theory as the theoretical basis, Deyang Economic & Technological Development Area as the research object of this thesis, the construction of public service system of Deyang Economic & Technological Development Area is analyzed, and compared with other domestic excellent development zone, from the organization system of the public service system construction, public service system of organization and process reengineering, public service system of legal policy analysis from several aspects such as research, trying to find a not only conforms to the international convention, and the development of public service system with Chinese characteristics, that is the purpose of the author.
